Drawing from my personal experience as a family caregiver and my professional background in coaching and mental health, I developed Assurance to fill the critical gap in emotional, practical, and community-based caregiver support.Through weekly check-ins, personalized coaching, and resource navigation, we help caregivers sustain their role with confidence—keeping more families together at home and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.My role includes strategic leadership, program development, healthcare partnerships, and public advocacy. I work closely with hospitals, nonprofits, and community organizations to expand our impact and ensure caregivers are never left to walk this journey alone.
