Hello, pleased to meet you! I\'m Virginia Crigger, an experienced IBEN Chemistry Teacher with a passion for education, the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education. As a lifelong learner, I believe in the power of knowledge and the transformative impact of education on individuals and society.Throughout my career, I\'ve had the privilege of teaching and leading in diverse international settings, which has enriched my understanding of global education and intercultural learning. As an IB Workshop Leader for MYP Science and DP Chemistry, I\'m fortunate to inspire and guide educators in their professional development journey.My journey in education has been marked by accomplishments from implementing MYP and DP curricula to contributing to accreditation processes and leading departmental initiatives. Notably, I have led the implementation of Nord Anglia Education\'s MIT STEAM challenges which fosters innovative thinking and problem-solving skills among students.I find immense joy in nurturing young minds, helping them discover their passions, and supporting their growth into confident and responsible global citizens.
