ABOUT VIRGINIA CAIO

Let me introduce myself ‍ I am a young professional with a background in business management, administration and sales in Pharma and Medical Device field. My studies, which may seem heterogeneous with each other, have a common thread: they are linked by my work experiences and with my curiosity and desire to know. After graduating in Political Science, I started working in one of my family\'s company that still operates in the Healthcare field. To make a strategic contribution to the company\'s decisions, having no experience in terms of marketing and sales, I decided to participate in a part-time master in marketing and communication management. After that I continued to work with more confidence f, and I started to deal with staff\'s management, customer care, suppliers and sales management. The Healthcare field is constantly updated and moving, so I got used to working at fast and often stressful rhythms. Thereafter, from internal company needs, and above all, listening to my greatest passion, I wanted to deepen the field of Human Resources, which proved to be the one closest to my attitudes, so I quit my job to devote myself to a Full Time Master in Human Resources. Here I am now. My desire is to work in an innovative and dynamic, stimulating environment. What are my passions? People, being supportive; to create clear relationships based on trust. Empathy, for me, should be the founding part of each of us. I love to know different cultures, to travel and to discover. I see myself as a curious, willing and reliable person, always open to dialogue and to resolve situations of tension. My mentality is Zen. For this reason, I tend to generate situations of peace and serenity both in the private and working interpersonal sphere.(Yoga, my other great passion, in this helps me a lot). I don\'t like wasting time and I always try to use it in the best possible way. I hope to leave a positive contribution to the world! Virginia
