ABOUT VIRGINIA ADAMS
As a senior deep learning applied scientist at NVIDIA, I work on model alignment and reward modeling for natural language processing applications, leveraging large language models and parameter efficient tuning techniques. I collaborate with a team of researchers and engineers to develop and deploy innovative solutions that enhance the performance and reliability of NVIDIA\'s products and services.I am also a graduate student researcher at Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL), where I am part of the Center for Research on Foundation Models (CRFM) and was on the Alexa Prize Chirpy Cardinal Team. I conduct cutting-edge research on natural language generation, dialogue systems, and human-AI interaction. I hold a bachelor\'s degree in computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I received awards for my research and presentation skills. I am conversational in Chinese, and was a Critical Language Scholarship recipient for studying Chinese in 2016.
