Proactively assessed the organization through 1:1s with VPs, managers and staff to evaluate organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions. Some of those recommendations were:• Through the identification of motivation trends and sentiment analysis regarding change, I am currently working on implementing a chatbot with an interface to our SharePoint to improve accessibility to so much information that has been lost through org changes. • Implementation of a dilemma focused program to implement and embed new values.• Successful implementation of a new HRIS, Rippling, with seamless payroll transition and automizing a variety of processes like recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, etc.• Implementation and modernization of a new performance management process with a human centered approach. Function as a strategic business advisor to the CEO, executive and management teams regarding key organizational and management issues. I scheduled recurrent 1:1s with VPs to absorb the business acumen of the organization and be a true executive business partner. Administer human resource operations including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; recruitment, and training and development.
