Presently I am working as General Manager Production & Quality. Sir, After working for the success of various companies including Troikaa Pharmaceutical Ltd, SBL Pvt Ltd, Panacea Biotec Ltd. and Fermenta Biotech Ltd. in the past 23+ years, I am seeking new challenges with a company in need of someone with exceptional Planning & Execution, Employee Training and Relation, Leadership, and Management. Taking command in the Pharmaceutical industry and guiding the organisation to a new performance level, is my greatest strength. My educational background combined with my forward looking, positive approach has helped me in delivering consistent results, and I am sure I would deliver the same again. I am a highly accomplished professional, having enough exposure working with multi-site and multi-cultured teams. Comprehensive experience in Strategic planning, Execution, QA, QC, Production, Formulations, Sterile handling, biological & Food products. Have exposure to the QA procedures on handling of complaints, Out Of Specifications, Out of Trends results, Corrective action and Preventive action, deviations, annual product review, validation and qualifications of equipment\'s, process and testing methods.
