ABOUT VIRENDRA SHARMA
I am currently working as Assistant Professor at NICMAR University of Construction Studies, Hyderabad.I did PhD from MNIT Jaipur, where my research focuses on the relationship between thermal environmental conditions and human productivity. I explore how indoor thermal conditions and personal factors influence occupant comfort, performance, and well-being across different seasons. The objective of my work is to optimize indoor environments, aiming to enhance energy efficiency and human productivity with potential applications in HVAC design and policy formulation.Prior to this, I completed a Master’s in Design and Thermal Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, DAVV Indore, and hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahakal Institute of Technology, Ujjain.With 8 years of teaching experience, I have taken on responsibilities in program coordination, course development, laboratory management, student internships, and academic administration. This experience has enabled me to cultivate a dynamic academic environment and mentor students effectively.In addition to my academic background, I have practical industry experience in project planning, equipment installation, and quality management, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. This blend of academic and industrial expertise gives me a broad understanding of engineering challenges and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world applications.
