During my time there, I worked with Core Java, J2EE, SQL, Spring/Spring Boot, and SDLC processes in Agile environments. This experience strengthened my ability to understand business requirements, solve technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver enhancements with quality and accountability.Currently, I work as a Senior Configuration Developer I, specializing in implementing and optimizing Hexure FireLight® business rules within FireLight®, a SaaS electronic fulfillment solution widely used in the insurance industry. I support the complete lifecycle of configuration—from requirement analysis and rule building to testing, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.In my role, I configure complex business logic and workflows such as Role Codes, Review Queues, Needs Determination, and document mapping, ensuring applications remain In-Good-Order (IGO) and aligned with compliance and quality standards. I also handle XML creation, editing, and troubleshooting, supporting smooth integration across FireLight workflows and external systems.A key part of my work is ensuring configuration accuracy through independent unit testing and integration testing, and resolving configuration-related issues quickly using tools like Jira. I collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring strong communication, clear documentation, and timely delivery.I also actively leverage AI-assisted analysis to identify rule patterns, spot inconsistencies, accelerate debugging, and improve testing/documentation workflows—helping reduce errors and improve turnaround time.
