Hiienergizer- I worked with ienergizer organization for 1 year in 2018-19 as a customer support representative in Spanish language and my job responsibilities were to handle customer queries as it was a banking process so most of the time queries were regarding their transactions and payments and some technical issues queries regarding the bank application.Concentrix- currently I am working with concentrix as senior customer support representative in Spanish language and it has multiple lob like chat voice and email, I have worked with chat and email now I am in voice lob and my Job responsibility are to resolve the customers queries as it a technical process so most of the time queries are technical and we have to give troubleshooting steps to resolve those and some time now technical queries. I have total experience of 2 years with concentrix till the date.thanks.
