   Create the project code in SAP after finalizing the BOQ and LOA with the vendor. While creating the project code, set the milestone for the total project billing amount for payment. Create Service Purchase order for same project code. Edit Service Purchase order, if there is any variation in quantity and rates. Upload service entry sheet after invoice is raised by vendor in vendor portal. Check vendor invoice in vendor portal and proceed for payment to finance department. Upload the service entry sheet according to the bill raised by the vendor with reference to the ServicePurchase Order. Check the invoice of the vendor as per the purchase order and proceed for payment. Compare quotations from the vendor and release the purchase order to the lower quotation vendor. To follow up on the accounts department for vendor payment. Accept vendor terms of payment before signing of contract. If any variance in quantity and amount at vendor invoice which is not match with purchase order, thenblock invoice for payment. Analysis of variation claims by vendors in invoice and closing of the same as per purchase order. Follow up with the vendor for timely submission of the RA Bill invoice on vendor portal. Maintain vendor master data & material master data.
