Responsible for the safety, compliance, and profitability of Roquette India in alignment with group priorities and strategy. Directly responsible for gross margin & EBITDA for the country by ensuring 1. Execute sales and marketing strategy at the product and segment level through the commercial team to achieve the budgeted margins and market share.2. Help develop appropriate solutions for the customers for new business opportunities and capture the value.3. Ensure a customer-centric environment in the organisation to achieve the desired NPS. Adopt or pivot the strategy to changing market trends and the competitive landscape.5. Efficient variable and fixed cost management, including:a) efficient raw material purchase, b) manufacturing efficiency and c) efficient cost to serve.6. Foster a performance culture, talent management, succession planning, and ensure the desired engagement of people.7. Responsible for building the Roquette brand in India through active participation in policy advocacy and government relations.8. Represent Roquette in leading Industry Associations.9. Work closely on M&A projects in India with the global M&A team. Be an ambassador for the India region in the group.10. Ensure the safety of people in line with the health, safety and environmental guidelines of the group.11. Work closely with all the stakeholders to achieve the group’s and country\'s sustainability goals.
