Ensuring quality standards as per schedule M-II in the entire Facility. Ensure finalization of CAPA against any Non-Compliances. Ensure Interdepartmental coordination with all concerned departments to meet business requirements. Ensure execution of validation activities of product and equipment. Ensure timely reporting of risk associated with product, process, and system—and keep management informed. Ensure planning and carrying out self-inspection of all the departments as per the plan. Responsible for handling FDA compliance and External and Internal Audit compliance. Ensuring QEMS standard requirement at plant level.Achievement: No major observation in IONC Cosmos & Natural, ISO 9001 & 14001, Organic certification and GMP audit. Establishment of Vendor qualification and QEMS system.
