As an experienced digital transformation leader, I successfully led the overhaul of a bank\'s Excel-based EUC, which poses multiple operational risks and compliance risks. My vision for a new product and a well-defined roadmap helped the organization solve complex technical challenges while aligning business processes. Currently, I am serving as the global platform architect lead for developing a strategic EUC remediation platform that focuses on cross-functional solutions to support OCC commitment. In my role as the Head of the Architect team for the Finance Automation Platform, I compiled intricate needs from a variety of internal stakeholders to create a roadmap for end-to-end delivery with measurable milestones in line with business deliverables. I successfully executed and implemented the cost management and roadmap across Digital Platforms. My expertise in low-code, cloud, build/buy, and decision-making processes, emphasizing reuse and reducing duplication, facilitated the development of a high-performing team that delivers innovative solutions. As an Engineering Lead, I successfully managed a complex project with multiple stakeholders, and implemented a new technology platform that improved the bank\'s efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, I successfully defined and implemented a complex CICD pipeline to support the deployment of around 10K deployments in a month like a factory model without much of the manual intervention.
