Turning ‘mandatory’ into memorable, one training at a timeI\'m Faith, a Learning and Development Manager based in Denver, CO. My journey in the industry began as a leasing consultant in 2017 and today, I lead effective training and development programs spanning across regions in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, New York. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of training teams internationally—from Colombia to Honduras to the Philippines.I specialize in crafting and delivering both in-person and webinar learning content for sales, onboarding, new hires, and comprehensive roll-out and implementation training. Additionally, I manage the company-wide learning calendar and oversee multiple Learning Management Systems (LMSs). I offer vital support to new acquisitions during their onboarding process, champion the company\'s mentorship program, and travel to all states for in-person classes.I had the honor of being recognized by NAA as one of the Top 20 people in their twenties in the industry. My passion lies in creating supportive and positive employee experiences to drive heightened engagement and productivity. Currently, I proudly serve on the NAA staff, having completed the NAAEI Advanced Facilitator Training, with a goal of coaching a diverse group of property management professionals across my region.
