   Conde Nast India is US MNC in the business of Publication, Print/Digital advertising, Events- Lead and manage a team of 12 accounting and finance professionals- Manage Media and Global Capability Center from Finance side- Implement the Workday accounting system and streamline the finance/operations processes- Lead finance functions - Financial Planning and Budgeting, Business Partnering, MIS reporting in US GAAP, variance analysis Actual Vs Budget, statutory audit- Monitor the taxation functions and strive for a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliances - Lead the treasury function and maintain the relationship with the bankers- Manage the O2C process which includes the revenue recognition, collection, DSO and P2P process which includes payments, provisions - Capital infusion from Parent Company- Monitoring the Working capital management and highlight the red flag for the next capital infusion, if required.
