Provided technical expertise on more than 40 different projects and published over 60 internal technical reports for Schlumberger’s Research, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sustaining divisions, which resulted in multimillion dollar cost saving for the company.\\\\n\\\\n#Performed elasto-plastic, shock, nonlinear buckling, dynamic explicit and dynamic, implicit finite element simulations using ABAQUS and ANSYS workbench to determine the regions of overstress and failure modes in various tools at high temperature and pressure for oil and gas applications.\\\\n\\\\n#Utilized API 17G section 6, ASME BPVC section Div 2, DNV 2.7-3 and DNV 2.1-1 standards in conjunction with FEA to qualify parts/tools for various oil and gas applications.\\\\n\\\\n#Developed a methodology to predict the mechanical behavior of elastomeric seals under the fluidic environment using coupled diffusion-deformation analysis in ABAQUS.\\\\n\\\\n#Participates in technical design reviews to determine the feasibility of the proposed designs. Mentor engineers in performing FE simulation and review their FEA model.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
