Spearheading B2B meeting with Exporter and International Clients, understanding the requirement, negotiating prices of components (Engine Bearings and Bushes, Pistons, Piston Rings and Cylinder Blocks for 2 & 3 Wh and Automobile, LCV & HCV’s) and successfully generating orders for OEM, Institutional Sales and Exports Market for all the components • Analyzing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; suggesting profit and service improvements• Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors• Preparing MIS reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information• Establishing sales goals and implementing a plan to meet those sales goals• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards• Implementing local sales promotion scheme and identifying and spotting pricing and availability trends in the market• Finalizing targets and KPIs for the team and conducting regular feedback sessions with team members • Supervising any excess PO for seasonal line/ regular line despite existing sufficient stock levels• Maintaining regular interaction with existing clients, prospects, and business partners in generating market awareness for certain products• Collating market intelligence on competition and other market trends to realign policy decisions to changing market dynamics and other related factors
