Currently serving as Vice President – HR Business Partner at MSCI, I lead the HR agenda for global Technology groups including Index Engineering, ESG Engineering, and Program Management. I also anchor HR leadership for the Pune Technology Center, partnering closely with the Office Head and global stakeholders to shape culture, capability, and long-term talent strategy.
