   Camera Planning Tech team within Amazon Go is responsible to generate camera plans for physical stores ensuring all vision requirements are met. Leading the Software Engineering team of 13 people and responsible for their mentorship, growth, performance evaluation, and job satisfaction. Certified Bar Raiser for Amazon recruitment process with around 120 interviews completed over 2 years. Facilitating multiple hiring events and video series initiatives within the organization to get qualitative referrals. Collaborated with product teams to build a three-year vision document and 2022 technical roadmap in alignment with the organization and team’s north-star goal. Facilitating architecture discussions, process improvements, sprint planning, and other agile practices. Driven the database design discussion, data migration strategy and resolved conflicts among senior engineers for the new camera planning service architecture setup. Strategized seamless customer channels by defining intake processes and office hours slots. Collaborating across tech teams and developed an instrumentation framework to provide insights on overall physical store tech bring up time. Reduced the overall OE load by 90% by running multiple campaigns to determine the pattern and providing short-term and long-term fixes.
