Have an experience of Plant Maintenance in Pharma industry trouble shooting critical activities and maintenance related to pump, blower, utility and pharma manufacturing equipment. • Effective preventive maintenance procedure, condition monitoring, knowledge of SAP Module, AutoCAD design 2D and 3D. • Continuous maintenance of plant facility, equipment, utilities at all times. • Thorough understanding of utilities, facility, equipment maintenance in a cGMP environment and the ability to provide a high degree of assurance of continuous operation. • Ability to maintain a SOP driven work culture. • To maintain all documents related to engineering services in order and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities. • Provide mechanical engineering services supporting projects from conceptual through detailed design, commissioning and qualification of pharmaceutical, process development & manufacturing facilities • Develop design documentation, including engineering calculations and drawings for HVAC, ductwork, qualification documents of the HVAC system,installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment’s at site, Process piping and plant utilities. • Develop equipment specifications, protocols and other design deliverables supporting facility expansions, renovations, new equipment and remediation projects. • Have an Experience of cGMP projects, plant utilities, RO system and HVAC equipment. • Have knowledge of strong computer literacy, Responsible for performing schedule maintenance. • Maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time, Maintaining the maintenance records and history.
