TCS Garimapark Cafeteria, Security and Housekeeping management work. Periodically providing training to Garden, Security and Housekeeping supervisor. Deployment of Security guard, Housekeeping staff and garden manpower with providing daily task and supervision. Day by day increase associate satisfaction level by continuously supervising in cafeteria, housekeeping and security activity and maintain hygiene standard. Operating Organic waste converter and vermicompost for 100% utilization of garden waste and canteen food waste for production of organic manure / vermicompost for using garden development and maintenance work.
