Vipul Kumar is a physical planner, who completed his post-graduation degree in M.Sc. in Urban Policy and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Vipul has a B.Plan degree from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Vipul is currently working as a Manager, India Regional Office at UITP - International Association of Public Transport. Before joining UITP, he worked as a Project Intern in the CITIIS Project at the National Institute of Urban Affairs, Delhi where he was involved with the knowledge capitalization team in developing knowledge products such as working papers, and best practices booklets.
