I am a finance professional specializing in Business Financial Management and Financial Planning & Analysis. I lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles while managing monthly P&L reporting and key performance metrics, including utilization, offshoring, blended rates, span of control, cost per FTE, and cost of delivery.I played a key role in developing Falcon, a financial analytics tool, where I worked cross-functionally to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
