Develop detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems using software like Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks>Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP designs into the overall building model>Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between MEP and other disciplines>Generate 2D drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details from BIM models>Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle>Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications>Assist in quantity take-offs, material tracking, and cost estimation using BIM tools>Support the development and implementation of BIM execution plans and best practices
