NOTE: Altran\'s acquired by Capgemini • • Driving and aligning E2E testing activities throughout the program along with Delivery Manager and planning strategies ahead. • Lead and deliver an aligned program of work through working with different delivery leads/test leads from different Test Teams • Assist Test RMs from different functions (Currently Vodafone) to assess the EPIC (tasks, Subtasks) for ST, SIT and other testing and create test schedules and plan different cycles. • Support the test teams with arranging defect call (to closure) and aligning support from Development teams and Vendors/Third parties. • Proactively identifying and tracking project risk, issues, dependencies and update delivery manager and develops mitigation plans to manage risk. • Work with Lab environment team for setting up connectivity for different environments in network and IT interfaces. • Mentor and support other members of the team (both on-shore and off-shore) to assist in completing tasks and meet objectives • Work closely with SDS owners, Service Owners/Designers, Stakeholders to review the test flows and in parallel test the processes. • Develop and execute on both the product roadmap and test strategy for all assigned areas of responsibility working with all intended teams and stakeholders. • Create quality weekly reports, defect reports (Usually JIRA) & monthly performance reports. • Also (as Scrum Master), have knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle (design, implement, test, document and deploy) • Proficiently organized and facilitated daily scrum, Sprint review, retrospective, sprint and release planning. • Define and drive your long-term product strategy based on your relationships with key customers and technology partners • Collaborated closely with the product owner in backlog grooming to keep the product backlog relevant and prioritized and then Sprint planning.
