Product Owner for digital asset – Mobile App and website • Developing all digital customer on-boarding Journeys for Mobile App and website• Driving of the App metrics across GEMS (Growth, Engagement, Monetization and servicing) parameters• Driving product market strategy, manager product backlog, create backlog, prioritization • Evaluate the requirement, launch of new customer centric feature and create GTM• Implementation of clickstream analytics for the current mobile app and providing insights on customer behavior basis • End-to-End Project Management – Requirement gathering, Product Requirement Document, inputs for system architecture, validating user stories, UI-UX, UAT and post go-live CUG.• UI-UX Revamp of existing Mobile Banking App launches • Monitoring & Report publishing on important parameters – Monthly active users, servicing, monetization parameters (Collection, disbursement, fee income), “T” products • Regulatory Compliance, Risk Mitigation measures & Concurrent Audit for Mobile App and website related process and issue• Conceptualise, ideate and write SOPs (standard operating procedure) of all the Mobile App related process/functionalities and chart down ownership with assigned TAT of closure
