Currently at Asian Paints, I am a part of Central Planning team. I am responsible for production plan at plant basis market requirement and forecast. I carry out cross functional coordination with Servicing, RM purchase, PM purchase and Plant team for unhampered production. I drive process improvement. I was a part of Distribution Fulfilment team. I looked after Regional Distribution center process improvement, Capex and Opex Budgeting, Annual throughput and storage planning, vendor negotiation, RFQ end to end process and 3PL management, Damage control and Long Term Planning- At Sequel Logistics, I Looked after PAN India Network planning which includes First mile, mid mile and Last mile Operations planning and strongly committed to service level improvement and cost optimization- I looked after Transport Data Analytics, Customer profiling, Strategic planning, Dashboarding, KRA Setting, Process Improvement and Training- I got my paper published in Xplore for developing energy efficient routing algorithm for Wireless Sensor Networks in 2021- I was a member of Logistics Committee, TAPMI. I was responsible for vendor management, negotiation and procurement. The committee provided back-end support to all the events conducted by various committees in college- I was also a member of Leadership Assessment and Development Center (LADC), TAPMI. We conducted Psychometric Tests and Advisory for Junior batch. Created Integrated Leadership Report for Transformational Leadership- I have organized various mid-scale footfall) technical as well as cultural events since 2013- Achieved 3rd position for strategy developed for Sustainable Tourism at Padubidhri Beach, Udupi in 2019.
