Hello! I\'m Vipin Naudiyal, and I\'ve been working in various roles for over 15 years. Currently, I\'m a Director at WNS Global Services. I\'ve had the opportunity to work in well-known companies like Schneider Electric, General Electric, and Emerson Electric. I started as a test automation engineer, then became a software developer, and even worked on different types of testing methodologies. I also supported supercritical power plants.My career pivoted towards sales at Emerson Electric, affording me invaluable face-to-face interactions with customers. Delivered hundreds of presentations and spoke at big conferences, which helped me get better at communicating.I\'ve been fortunate to achieve some significant things. I played a key role in starting a part of the business that uses new technology to make things work better. I also came up with and helped create a product called the Power Plant Controller (PPC) for Emerson. This opened up opportunities for us to work on bigger projects. I\'m even the person in charge of promoting PPC on YouTube for Emerson.During the trying times of Covid-19, I embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, which aimed to streamline daily essential procurement by allowing users to check availability remotely, minimising physical queues at local storesIn my current job at WNS Global Services, I work closely with senior leaders in different parts of the company. I help them figure out how to make their day-to-day operations better.One of my strengths is working well with different teams. I\'m good at bringing people together to get things done. I\'m also good at explaining complex technical ideas in a way that everyone can understand. This has been really helpful in making projects successful and building strong relationships with clients.I believe in being fair to myself and supportive to my team. This helps inspire them to do their best. When I say I\'ll do something, you can count on me to follow through.I want to use my understanding of how people think and feel to make a bigger impact.Outside of work, I enjoy reading books, especially ones about how our minds work.
