About Vipin Sharma
Over the years, I’ve led everything from consulting teams to large-scale delivery and transformation programs across the U.S. and Canada. Right now, I’m helping manage an engineering services business focused on delivery, growth, and people strategy, while aligning closely with our clients’ digital goals. We\'ve seen solid double-digit growth, thanks to strong partnerships and a sharp focus on domain-led execution. Before this, I managed our Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) Practice and led our Domain Consulting Group (DCG – across Industry Segments) in North America, where I helped shape solutions that connected business context with tech delivery. As the world shifts toward AI-led transformation, I’m deeply invested in learning how these tools can reshape the way we build, deliver, and grow technology businesses. I began on the trading floor, managing USD/INR Spot, Forwards, and INR bonds. Over two decades, I transitioned into building financial products—leading FX, fixed income, and risk platforms for global banks and asset managers. From executing trades at the trading desk to shaping tools in the technology development, I\'ve lived both the markets and the tech behind them. My work across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and North America has profoundly shaped my perspective on global FinTech.
