JOB SUMMARYTo support Head- Marketing in developing Marketing plans and Budgets, and ensure implementation of the approved Marketing Strategy, guidelines and policies.JOB DESCRIPTIONFunctional ResponsibilitiesEnsure implementation of all marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities for MGD by using the most effective marketing communication tools in order to achieve sales target.Support Head – Marketing in development of the annual marketing calendar and budgets for the MGD India operations by coordinating with the concerned Regional/Zonal Heads.Review the marketing plan of each region to identify the business requirements for marketing and coordinate with concerned sub functions of marketing department viz. ATL, BTL, Digital etc to provide the necessary marketing tools to the business units.Ensure all marketing collaterals for the campaigns/promotions reaches on time to all business units by coordinating with the concerned in-house members.Review and monitor the promotional activities conducted through various media and report the efficacy and effectiveness.Create marketing reports to monitor and analyze the market trends, competitors, customer behavior, market potential, total market share, culture etc. of the respective regions.Assist Corporate Head- Marketing in preparing Marketing reports ensuring timely reporting to Managing Director – India Operations, MGD and other senior management team members.Coordinate with Business process improvement department in the Corporate office to identify and select the most effective R&D tools in order to meet the objectives for all Marketing needs.Oversee all aspects of the brand identity associated with corporate identity in order ensure that the overall branding objectives are achieved.Internal ProcessEnsure that all activities are carried out as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the section.
