In this dual role, I hold end‑to‑end financial ownership covering P&L, cash flow, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and performance controlling, while also steering business planning for volume, margin, and EBIT development across the product portfolio.My role involves close partnership with business and BU leadership on pricing governance, demand forecasting, capacity alignment, product lifecycle management, and new product introductions. Through structured cost optimization, pricing discipline, and execution‑focused controlling, I have supported two‑times revenue growth within two years and delivered sustainable cost improvements of 2–5% year‑on‑year.I have strong international exposure, including a four‑year assignment in Regensburg, Germany, where I worked as PLM Finance Controller for Low Voltage Products. In this role, I was responsible for global product profitability, R&D cost controlling, standard costing, and international manufacturing cost comparisons, working closely with German and European stakeholders.
