The Nestle Bangalore IT Hub, supports the digital transformation of the entire Nestlé Group, contributing to the development of a new, increasingly innovative culture, focusing in particular on the development of technological solutions aimed at improving the management processes of the entire Group (IT platforms and computer networks, digital experience of employees and collaboration solutions)Following Agile Scrum to achieve the desired goals.• Act as the liaison between product and Operation teams to understand customer demand for new features and prioritize the product roadmap.• Finalize the MVP and prioritize the Product Backlog accordingly.• Own the product roadmap of all feature deadlines by identifying and mitigating any engineering roadblocks.• Encourage for open communication between stakeholders, architect and developers resulting in a speed up the feature development.• Lead the team of Architects and Operations for migration from On Premises to Azure/GCP (IaaS & PaaS).• Create user story and acceptance criteria for stakeholders and refine those stories with Scrum teams.• Planning and scheduling of Three-Week Sprints and articulated the product vision to resulting in completing the product goals.• Manage and re-prioritize the product backlog after holding Sprint Review and Retrospectives.• Work cross-functionally to understand customer pain-points and translate them into actionable user stories• Globally Manage and Supporting Database Platform (IBM DB2 and PostgreSQL).• Responsible for developing new strategies for upcoming features and updates in Database landscape.• Liaison with different vendors to discuss strategies and new upcoming features and technologies.• Handling all Compliance and Security.• PoC handling for different new technologies (IBM Pacemaker, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, Mongo DB, Maria DB
