About Vipin Shenoy
I’m passionate about helping organizations design and scale high-impact global delivery models through Global Capability Centers (GCCs). With over 14 years of experience, I’ve partnered with global enterprises to unlock innovation and operational excellence through strategic GCC initiatives across multiple engagement models, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Assisted, Employer of Record (EOR), and joint ventures.+ Currently, I lead GCC advisory engagements at Capgemini Invent, and as part of the Strategy & Transformation team, I collaborate with enterprise and account teams to define and implement future-ready operating models that drive measurable business outcomes.+ Prior to Capgemini Invent, I spent several years with ANSR and Zinnov, helping clients establish and scale GCCs from the ground up - covering strategy, design, setup, operations and governance - while enabling digital transformation and aligning global delivery objectives.+ My journey into GCCs began at KPMG, where I was a founding member of the Research & Benchmarking capability, driving a dual hub strategy and establishing a new hub in Bengaluru. In addition to building this in-house capability, I supported global sector practitioners and accounts on client engagements, risk consulting, sales enablement, and eminence building.
