Utility ManagementEnsure smooth operation of all utility systems: Air Compressors, DG Sets, Boilers, RO/DM Plant, Chillers, Cooling Towers, HVAC, ETP/STPPlan and execute energy-saving initiatives such as VFDs, LED upgrades, power factor correction, etc.Monitor statutory compliance including boiler inspections, pollution board norms, and electrical safety certifications.4. Project ExecutionManage end-to-end CAPEX Projects including machine installations, utility infrastructure, and layout changes.Prepare project proposals, technical drawings, cost estimates, and execution plans (Gantt/PERT).Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for seamless commissioning and handover
