With over 18 years of experience in the Animation industry spanning Animation VFX, Feature films and Gaming, I bring deep passion for storytelling through character performance and animation direction. My journey has been built on a strong foundation of creative leadership, technical expertise and team development, creating photo-realistic performances for both characters and creatures for global studios and audiences.I specialize in supervising animation teams to deliver compelling performances while maintaining the artistic integrity and style of each project. I work closely with directors to establish and execute their creative vision ensuring production efficiency across every shot. Throughout my journey I\'ve led teams through complex animation pipelines, provided technical and artistic feedback and contributed hands on when needed including in-depth knowledge of performance reference and mocap animation. I am passionate about mentoring, optimizing workflows and nurturing a studio culture that values quality, growth and collaboration.I am always out of my comfort zone, can thrive under pressure by staying calm and respond constructively to any critique well.
