   Review of existing and new agreements/Contract (or Bidding) documents, Standard operating procedures (SOP) and other project documents. Review the key milestone related documents shared by the service provider and provide feedback on the same for improvements. Review monthly data relating to KPIs, submitted by service provider along with Invoices, analyze it against the KPIs in the agreement and submit report (Monthly KPI Report). Building workshop of Authority and service provider to use them as Payment calculation tool. Prepare questionnaire such as for field visits, Client satisfaction surveys and collect data, as required, and follow up with District officials and timely highlighting data gaps to authority. Conduct need based monthly field visits to monitor progress at the ground and report back to Authority (Field Visit report). Support authority in organizing periodical projects review meeting with stake holders to assess project progress, Bottlenecks, Preparing presentation for the same documentation of Minutes thereof. Assist authority in identifying Bottlenecks in project progress, finding route cause issues and support in resolving them. Interdepartmental coordination like coordinating with DGFW, DGMH and connected departments/ Sections to get the above tasks done. Review the NHM funded construction activities on a regular basis. programs to be managed currently: EMTS-102, EMTS-108 (East cluster and West cluster), ALS, NMMU, Biomedical equipment Maintenance program, Teleradiology, Telemedicine, CT scan, Dialysis, MCH under mode. Support in Tendering process/ Procurement of and projects of NHM, UP. Assist in drafting TORs, Tender/Contract documents. Coordinating Prebid conferences Support in BID Evaluation. Review of other Legal documents such as performance security, SPV formation documents, Company charter documents, etc.
