Simulated random vibration and shock loads for 250–350 kW inverter platforms (Stellantis).• Developed FEA models for a 22 kg flywheel inverter using Altair Simlab, Ansys SpaceClaim, and AnsysMechanical.• Assessed snap-fit heatsink vibration under pre-stressed random and harmonic loads (BYD).• Built power-module models and performed thermal shock analysis to resolve IGBT die-chipping (Li-Auto),earning team recognition.• Conducted inverter thermal stress analysis by mapping Ice-Pack results into Ansys Workbench.• Executed plastic creep studies using multi-temperature creep data in Ansys APDL.• Performed solder creep and fatigue analysis on capacitor/transformer joints (Volvo MEP2), including reflowand die warpage evaluations.• Performed explicit inverter crash simulations in LS-Dyna for the BMW project.
