I am a curious strategic communicator, relationship builder, and community focused marketer on a mission to create exceptional experiences with lasting impact.Project management: I thrive as a project manager of complex campaigns to deliver successful creative productions at scale, on time, and within budget.Community engagement: I am an assimilator and ambassador with demonstrated experience building affinity and engagement. I build, enhance, and deliver on cross-functional marketing efforts across digital platforms and IRL community engagement including social media, email, blogs, virtual and in-person events, and merch. I am obsessed with cultivating experiences that satisfy and inspire my audiences. Event production: In my most recent role, I managed, planned and produced all in-person, virtual, and hybrid community engagement opportunities. In 2020, I launched a monthly virtual event series called PAST FORWARD that explores enduring themes throughout history still playing out today. I’m particularly proud of this series, with over 330K views to date. Strategic communication: I am a strategist and builder. Working with people is one of my strongest skills, and I relish work that positions me as a client relationship manager from start to finish. I am adept at understanding business needs and motivations, translating complex information, and finding solutions that make everyone happy. Marketing materials and management: I am skilled at writing and producing a range of marketing materials including proposals, briefs, email marketing, social media, strategic presentations, web and print visuals, and RFPs. I successfully manage and work with internal and external stakeholders and agencies. Mission driven: I like to use my communications and project management powers for good. Sweating the small stuff: I am detail oriented. I make lists and templates for work that can be replicated and anticipate and plan for details and complexities unique to each project. I learn from each project to improve the next one. Problem solving: I thrive in an environment where I can roll my sleeves up to solve complex challenges in a dynamic business landscape. I delight in building functions and processes from the ground up. Lifelong learner: Learning is a daily opportunity and challenge. I am inspired by a work environment that allows me to learn new skills and apply them in real time.Self-directed worker: I’ve worked remotely for a large part of my career.
