Manage a team of 3 to 4 accountants, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.• Supervise the management and inventorying of private and concession domains, including acquisitions and disposals of fixed assets (renewals, new works).• Monitor and update DSP (Delegated Public Service) contracts in dedicated tools.• Lead fixed assets inventorying processes and ensure the implementation of the concessionaires\' accounting framework.• Ensure compliance with closing deadlines and control adherence to accounting procedures and processes.• Supervise the impact of calculated expenses related to inventorying work within the concessionaires’ accounting framework.• Manage financial controls, account justification, and reporting.• Oversee loans, borrowings, and the closing of reimbursable work projects.• Conduct necessary and documented financial controls, ensuring accurate reporting.• Maintain and update key performance indicators, including work-in-progress tracking.• Manage internal and external communication, fostering strong client-supplier relationships.• Coordinate with statutory auditors and manage internal and external audits.• Lead projects in collaboration with headquarters, including budget forecasting and financial planning for French regions.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and best practices.
