Violetta Insolia is a biologist working in the field of Botanicals and their applications i.e. food supplements, functional food, cosmetics and feed. Violetta Insolia actively works to develop new products, to study their biological activities by cooperating with Universities and Research Centers and she takes care of scientific marketing.Violetta Insolia did the bachelor’s degree in Biological Science at University of Catania in 2011. In 2013, she did the master’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics at University of Pavia. During the same year, she won a fellowship for the PhD program in Genetics, Molecular and Cellular Biology and in 2017 a second fellowship for the master’s degree in Nutraceutical Products. Her personal and professional background was enriched by an Executive Course in Marketing Management (SDA Bocconi, Milan) and abroad experiences in Germany (Max Plank Institute for Medical Research, Heidelberg) and Ireland (Alimentary Pharmabiotic Center, University College of Cork).
