Monitoring daily banking duties carried out by IDEA’s accounting team, such as the sending of wires and ACH transactions, as well as oversee each day’s balances for all banking accounts.• Managing the organization’s multimillion annual and rolling 13-week cash forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity to pay weekly expenditures, including payroll, accounts payable, debt service payments, and capital expenditures.• Revenue analytics for multiple entities (company branches) with monthly, quarterly and annual budget preparation• Closely working with FP & A department on quarterly and yearly budgeting and overall forecasts for all companies within IDEA Public Schools• Leading the set-up and maintenance of all depository and investment banking accounts, including managing access requests and account signature authorities.• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and reconciliation reports of investment and banking activity for IDEA leadership and governing Boards.• Ensuring compliance with state Public Funds Investment Act regulations, as well as internal cash management controls and policies.• Managing relationships with key banking partners.• Lead partner for Finance Project team for all new project and implementations• Providing support and representing the bridge between Treasury department with Accounting and Accounts Payables• Assisting with other projects, as directed by the Managing Director of Treasury and VP of Treasury.
