ABOUT VIOLETA TATU
I\'m a Programme Coordinator at the Runnymede Trust, where I coordinate Power to Prosper, a three-year Oak Foundation-funded programme delivered in partnership with the New Economics Foundation across four regional hubs and 20 grassroots organisations. My work sits at the intersection of systems, people, and impact. My path has been deliberately multidisciplinary. I began as a primary school teacher before moving into the charity and think tank sector, building experience across organisations including the RSA, the Youth Endowment Fund, and ILPA. Across these roles, I have developed a grounded skill set in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, event delivery, and research support.
