An experienced software developer and researcher, with a strong mathematical background, I have worked in both image processing research and product development, as well as teaching computing subjects in higher education.My current research interests lie in innovative industrial applications of all things Machine Learning, mostly in visual areas.I am also a strong advocate for women\'s participation in technology and engineering as well as broader career mentoring and coaching for all. I volunteer as a mentor for a number of career support schemes, take part in panel discussions, podcasts and interviews.
