From my first experience as developer I’ve concluded technology should essentially be a way to increase end-user productivity, which has become a mantra in my technical career. I then had the opportunity to enrich my knowledge of the Amadeus products as a UML mentor: I had to immerse myself into the Amadeus product functionalities, and provide guidance and coaching how to improve the customer experience with appropriate designs. After experience in software development, I had the opportunity to conduct implementation projects in diverse IT areas (electronic payment, ecommerce, etc.). Customer satisfaction while securing Amadeus interest and revenue is my priority; I had then to manage customer expectations to complete the product or solution adoption. My latest experiences highlight my leadership skills; I always play an influential and instrumental proactive role in change management (organizational or technical) and I’ve grown my influence power while strengthening my communication and coordination skills. I’ve acquired versatile skills in managing end to end programs, from financial and technical impact analysis to implementation, through general planning (budget, resources, tasks.).
