Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to active sourcing (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), screening, and onboarding for technical, engineering, and sales roles in Italy and internationally (Spain, France, Benelux)- Partner with line managers and directors to define hiring needs and implement effective talent acquisition strategies- Coordinate with international consultants to ensure compliance with local labor laws and contractual regulations for foreign hires- Oversee employment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance- Analyze recruitment performance and key hiring KPIs to optimize processes and decision-making- Conduct market research in Italy and abroad to align recruitment efforts with industry trends and talent availability- Lead internal and external employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness- Build and maintain relationships with universities to develop a strong talent pipeline- Support the implementation of the Group’s HCM system for recruitment and onboarding- Collaborate with Group HR functions to ensure alignment in talent acquisition strategies.
