About Viola Lena
After more than 50 years teaching in various capacities, I finally decided it was time to focus on my therapy business, as well as my writing. I will truly miss my beautiful students and their community, but I am still going to be in touch with them via our class Facebook \"Lola\'s Place.\" As I told them over and over again, we are family and they will always be part of my life. This is how it started. After more than three decades of teaching everything from preschool through the university arena, I returned to school to study to become an art therapist (counselor). My goals include extending to everyone the invitation to lead a more relaxed and enjoyable life through participation in the arts. As a high school ELD teacher, I am able to relax my students and allow them to maximize their learning potential. Masabi is an organization that provides services for Mind And Spirit And Body Improvement. In addition, a newsletter is published and written by women for women around the world. It is spiritual in nature, but that is inclusive of all spiritualities - Christian, Jewish, Muslim, and others. It is a way for women to connect and learn from one another in a peaceful and relaxing way. This organization has evolved to include children and families. Wherever the spirit sends me to help, there I am.
