I have been involved in supporting the launches of +Play, both in Beta and Commercial stages. This includes working with teams both onshore and offshore.We coordinate the preparation and alignment of partner content in the EPC application, giving priority to important elements such as images, descriptions, and background posters.Additionally, I have established customised promotion setups based on the unique business needs of each +Play partner.Currently, I am supporting the setup of new partners, as well as managing promotion setups and daily overnight content releases.In the myPlan & perks project, I have taken the lead and collaborated closely with the business and GTS teams to ensure a successful launch by fulfilling all necessary requirements.Throughout the project, I actively contribute to sprint planning, grooming sessions, implementation, and defects review calls.By suggesting a well-thought-out approach to streamline content across all platforms using marketing overlays, we successfully eliminated a process gap. This ensures that teams like FED, AEM, SOE, MVO, MVA, and others can access the desired content in a unified format.This approach greatly contributed to the smooth launch of our upcoming Price-Up projects for perks such as the Disney Bundle, Apple One Individual & Family Perks.We flawlessly executed the recent introduction of Netflix & Max Perk within a tight schedule, with no major issues or defects arising during the launch. In addition to these projects,I have also been involved in major initiatives like Addon Category Mapping, ACT198 Mobile & FIOS, ACT139 Whole Home Wifi Launch, and Smartwatch Number Share & Unlimited Plan.I provide support for BCC overnight content releases, Pre-order, Store launch & other major launches.Creating strategic workflows and standardising the process furthermore. Focused on a metric driven approach to show our productivity in numbers.
