Experienced financial services technology and business process /Operations management professional. I have embarked on a new challenge at Accenture (July 24) anchored on driving growth for financial services clients at the intersection of and leveraging the power of AI, Data and Tech to transform Operations. Prior to this, I have had a wonderful 10 years at Genpact where I forged and led several strategic client engagements in UK and Europe with amazing colleagues and leaders with whom I worked seamlessly. And it all started at Infosys where I learnt the ropes and this time anchored on banking platforms (Finacle). This was an exhilarating time in a very entrepreneurial environment breaking new ground in new markets of Europe. A zero to 100 story.I bring in rich and varied experiences in the financial services domain across various geographic markets in with a double down on Retail and Commercial Banking on all things GTM. That said, I am most excited when I am in the arena of Deal Making, galvanizing teams to bring strategic deals home. And one thing that I love to do outside of work but at work is mentoring folks in early stages of their career.I am a keen student, observer of the workings of financial institutions and the impact of advanced technologies to reimagine their business models and ways of of Work. We live in an incredibly interesting time, full of possibilities. Lets make it count!
