Responsibilities : • Manage the Enterprise Risk of Vistaar – Credit Risk, Operational Risk, and Market Risk. • Responsible to report to Credit Risk Committee of the Vistaar Board on the Enterprise Risk of the Company. • Ensure regulatory compliance by standardising the process through policies. Ensure compliance of Basel Pillar 2 requirements. • Ensure the business growth of the company by devising the products with a balanced approach between risk and reward. • Develop the leaders in the team through mentoring process to equip them to take up the key roles.
