As Payments Manager at TCG, I drive the strategic and operational management of global payment systems across multiple e-commerce brands and markets. My role bridges technology, finance and product to optimize the end-to-end payment experience, increase conversion and reduce cost and risk.Key Responsibilities:Lead the selection, integration and optimization of Payment Service Providers (PSPs).Manage local payment method enablement to improve market-specific conversion.Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal to ensure payment compliance (PSD2, 3DS, SCA) and efficient reconciliation workflows.Design and improve fraud detection and chargeback management, leveraging tools like Adyen case management.Analyze checkout performance and payment data to identify opportunities for increasing authorization rates and reducing dropoffs.Define and monitor payment KPIs: authorization rate, fraud rate, cost per transaction, chargeback ratio and PSP performance.Drive cross-functional initiatives to support international expansion, tax/VAT logic and multi-entity order management.Act as the main point of contact for PSPs and internal stakeholders for all payment related projects and escalations.
